There I was, running in my neighborhood and listening to a podcast on my iPhone, when I happened upon another photo opportunity. The first thing I saw was a black lab at the end of a driveway, and the thought crossed mind that I was about to be chased — but the dog was wagging its tail, and seemed to be diligently working something with its nose. As I stopped to watch, it nudged a plastic wrapped newspaper a few times, picked it up, and then turned to walk back up the driveway. I stood there thinking that it would have been a great photo, when the dog turned and posed. The dog held the pose until I snapped a photo with my iPhone (love having the iPhone camera with me all the time), and then it turned and went on its way.
