We are camping at Pohick Bay Regional Park in Lorton, Virginia – just west of Alexandria and Ft. Belvior. It is a pretty setting, and peaceful this time of the year, though I expect it gets really crowded in the summer. The park is on Pohick bay, a small body of water that flows into the Potomac River.
