Apple Computer, and by connection Steve Job, have been a part of my life since the early 1980″s. The first computer I owned was an Apple IIe, and since then I have owned too many Apples to count. Few people really make a major difference in the world, and Steve Jobs was one of them. He changed the game, the playing field, and the way the game is scored. No one in the compute industry can deny his influence or his genius, and his absence…Continue Reading “In memoriam for the ultimate game changer…”

Happy Birthday Granddaughter Brianna. I hope you are having the most fun birthday imaginable. We love you and miss you so much!
After New Year’s I took a hiatus from my photo blog, and pretty much from photography. In the past three weeks I have gotten back behind the camera, and I am ready to get back to my photo blog. This first picture is of our grandniece, Chloe, taken last week at Disney World. Camera/Nikon D90 Lens/18-70mm zoom — shot at 65mm Set at Aperture Priority/1/80 of a second at f/8
Both of us have been taking turns being under the weather since before Christmas, and I had to take a break from taking and posting photos. I have a few health issue that I need to address, but I should be back online soon. Until then, I wish everyone a healthy, prosperous, and happy 2011. Keep your eyes open for those really great shots!
